We are particularly interested in companies modernizing grid infrastructure, expanding renewable energy capacity, providing or managing power, enhancing transmission efficiency, and supplying or managing natural‑resource‑related assets. Growing energy demand is expected to require substantial transmission expansion by 2030, creating significant opportunity. Advances in AI, rising data‑center power needs, greater EV adoption, the increased demand for load created by commercial and industrial infrastructure and increased cooling demand are additional factors driving market growth.

We believe compelling opportunities exist to combine with rapidly growing companies in power generation, storage, transmission, energy transition, infrastructure, natural resources, and adjacent sectors. Our focus is on scalable businesses delivering essential, disruptive technologies and positioned to accelerate growth with additional capital, public‑market access, and strategic or operational support.
